Where ever you are on the Ontario Property Ladder, your next step will be the most important; it's the one that will bring you home. So, when I set out to help you, I'm really setting out to bring you home, and that is an awesome privilege. There are as many intangibles involved in deciding who to work with as there are in deciding which house will be your home. When I was working in the executive computing field I had the opportunity to work with many of Canada 's leading executives. Among them was Loblaw's David Nichol, whose President's Choice brand rose to pre-eminence in the 1980s. He taught me the importance of what he used to call "Meaningful Differentiation." Being different, even unique, is not enough. That uniqueness has to bring you, the client or customer, some advantage or combination of advantages that you simply cannot find anywhere else.
